When I am at home, I wear pajamas. I do not get dressed for anything except leaving the house. For yard work or home improvement projects, I wear "work clothes" which consist of ratty old sweatpants and a paint splattered tshirt. I do not wear underwear or a bra at home, ever. On the rare occasion someone knocks on my door, I usually pull a sweater or robe on over my pajamas. I see no point in getting dressed and making more dirty laundry. Anyone who doesn't like my pajamas is free to not come to my house

Disassociated in 2006, from Malaysia...
by FlierMate ini don't know where to start.
hoping to find a place to ventilate my feelings of long period... language is a barrier as english is not my primary language, i will still give it a try.. baptized in 2000, the message they brought to me was the end of world that everyone were talking to at that eve of millennium... i believed and started reading my first book, my bible story, for consecutive 10 hours.
during the bible study, the bible instructor told me he suspected i had some form of mental disorder, and later was diagnosed as schizophrenia.

I have to say that nothing I ever heard from the platform, learned during personal study, or experienced in field service led to better sex. In fact, most of it was a total buzz kill that put my libido on ice.

Did field service ever scare any one.
by life is to short ini was always scared somewhat by who i might meet at the door.. where i live we just had a mom murdered with her two young sons.
it is really sad, from what i just read in the paper the husband and wife took in this young man he was 22 years old and needed a place to stay.
he had been with them for months and had celebrated christmas and thanksgiving with all the family, etc.

I think Just Ron had a gun pulled on him once out in service. The worst thing that ever happened to me was when i rang the doorbell where a preacher lived. The doorbell stuck and kept going off, and the preacher's wife was rather nasty about it.

One time when I was still a True Believer tm I had to go out of town for work for an entire week. So naturally, I looked up the local Kingdumb Hell and showed up for book study. It just so happened that it was the last study in whatever book was on the schedule, and that hall had a tradition of having refreshments and a little social hour after the book study whenever a book was finished. SO I got to eat cookies and drink punch *in* the Kingdumb Hell that night. I guess they must have been special spiritual cookies and holy punch LOL

Lately I've been feeling like my brain has turned to Swiss cheese. Just ROn will mention something that happened, and I won't remember it at all. I've even noticed that I don't remember things at work like I used to. I guess I had to learn how not to retain anything in order to keep from noticing the inconsistencies and flipflopping in doctrine. I feel like I've lost 50 points off my IQ thanks to the Borg.

For most of the time that I attended meetings, the book study was held at the hall. WHen the arrangement changed and we were required to have only one book study meet at the hall, the other groups were assigned to someone's home. The group I was assigned to met at the POs house and the first meeting of each month was designated as "get together" night. Everyone would bring food and after the study we'd all hang out and socialize. Pretty much everyone from the hall, even those in other book study groups, would come. The kids loved it, and since I was not being shunned yet, it was pretty fun for me too. But it did make for a late night - we didn't usually get the kids to bed until 10:30 or 11 those nights.
